Betacoach was initially founded in the fall of November 2022. Jeremiah Flowers, Founder & Executive Chairman, established the service based brand after coaching recreational soccer summer of 2022 via AYSO in Quartz Hill California. Having an attentiveness to humanity, Betacoach came about due to the lack of interpersonal skills in which aspiring child players still suffer from ongoing. Betacoach's pass-through function (a wolfpack like hierarchy) is to facilitate second-in-command training, conjunction with the Alpha (head coach), so that the Omega trainee (child player) can experience long-term athletic succession in consistency.
Now keep in mind Mr. Flowers at that time knew nothing technical of soccer, but only to run up & down the field repetitively in attempt to score goals. On account of his astute level of marketplace skills as a business developer via The Enterpriser® which he leveraged greatly, it provided him with the necessary intellectual property in order to successfully migrate into the world of sports and understand the vast methodologies that soccer has to offer.
Role of the Beta in a "WOLFPACK"
• Helps the aplha in desision-making and/or other pack activities
• The best candidate to be the alpha.
• Plays the role of advisor to the alpha and discipliner for the pack
• Reinforces the alpha's commands throughout the pack and gives collected data to the alpha
